VAT reduction in 2023

As you know, Vietnam's government has issued Decree No. 44/2023/ND-CP on reducing VAT for groups of goods and services that are applying the 10% tax rate, except for some items from 01st July 2023. Here is an excel file List of items not eligible for VAT reduction in 2023 according to above Decree and remarkable note for tax reduction 2023.
